On the unit use sodium Hypochlorite, Mix it 1:3 with water and will give instant results.

Thanks for your comment bud, Im a fully qualified city and guild's softwash technician and chemical handler, firstly the yard was heavily contaminated with mud and dust so it would have had little effect, after washing I could have used a fully licenced and approved SH but due to the nature of the business, wild life, a river course behind the building and sheer size of the yard I decided against it also customers with kids were in and out all day safest option was to just jet wash it. Also hierarchy of control only use chemicals when and if needed, luckily enough we did not need to use any. But I understand your comment SH can be magical and nasty stuff at the same time but does have its place in the external cleaning world!
