I have an oil test. I use a firearms lubricant called ALG Purple Go Juice, it has amazing lubricitiy performance on all firearms I've tested with it. Well I want to see a car run using only Purple Go Juice for oil instead of standard motor oil.

There's still going to be at least a half gallon of gas in the tank that the fuel pump isn't able to suck out. So you basically have a 50/50 mix of whatever your putting in a gas.

You guys do realize there their is a drain plug on the bottom of the gas tank? I have miata that was made in the first 9 months of production small nose crank. And it even has the plug on the bottom of the tank. You will burn up your pump the way you do it. And its allot easier and faster to take off the fuel cap lift the miata locate and pull the gas tank drain plug then reverse the order rather then pop the hood pull a line and jumper the fuel pump then reverse the order. Let alone the fuel pump pickup dose not sit at the bottom of the fuel tank so you will never get all the fuel out if you are using the fuel pump to remove gas. I have had my miata for 12 years. Have had to replace the fuel pump a time or too let alone my step father drives one as well. His is a 2002 and his miata has a fuel tank drain plug and factory fuel pump dose not sit directly on the bottom but 1/2 inch from it. Same in my first gen miata. Don't matter 1.6 to 1.8 other difference in the two cars would be one has pop up head lights and a smaller engine and different brain to power the engines components. Other then that they are the same body wheels and tank. So the way you guys have been testing fuel type is somewhat invalid and I feel should be redone with the tank emptied properly. Just read you Miata repair manual it will even tell you to fully drain the tank you need to remove the fuel tank drain plug.
