Thanks for stopping by to watch our video! What happened with Lotus is extremely sad, and we absolutely do not condone anything that was said by Gavin or Warden in those leaked dms. This video is meant to be a celebration of my talented VFX team who worked their asses off on the film and were worried that their work wouldn't see the light of day. As far as I know, the film is still coming out, but we quit.

That is what I initially wanted instead of how we were introduced to him in Civil War. Don't get me wrong, I like Tom Holland's interpretation of Spidey. Especially after No Way Home as it sorta brings him back to status quo. Thing that annoys me: I wanted to see this film regardless, I love watching films and seeing how the cinematography, choreography, licensed music and original tracks are all done/used. I would love to see it still - just to show some support for the animators and everyone else (not involved in the controversy) and the work they did. The fact the idiots responsible for the controversy all behaved the way they did is just wrong and it really agrovates me as I typically love to support fan films. Great VFX work and I love the effort put in to it, would love to work with you lads and gals on a project at some point in the future.
@Someonesbootycheeks2 жыл бұрын
Called haters, if someone succeeds they will do anything to bring someone down. The controversy is dumb and was no actual reason to leave a project on the shelves. Everyone seems to care about what happened in the past but not focused on the person one is now. That's how scummy the whole thing is. They should still pursue this because it's a game changer for their lives. They shouldn't worry about someone's past if they are different as a person now. Yet whatever it just makes zero sense to do such a thing, simply get that film out and part ways. It's a job and a achievement, doesn't matter what happened 5-20+ years ago that doesn't represent what the milestone means. That's what annoys me the most. It's different if it's something that recently happened, i personal don't know what happened at the fullest but this projected needed to go out and be known.

I anticipated to see the movie with my friends, what happened to you is really sad. Your hardwork was tarnished, I hope you get opportunities to work on bigger projects in the future. I saw some clips and hats off to you and others who worked on the vfx, truly amazing, sadly this will never see the light of day because of one asshole's wrong doing.

I’ve watched that finished clip so many times now. It’s incredible. Looks like a Hollywood budget, music is goosebump-worthy, you’ve all done amazing and I wish so badly that the circumstances were different so we could witness more of your incredible work. Wishing all the best for your future projects.

The whole swinging sequence is on par or at a couple of frames maybe even better than some of the official live action Spider-Man stuff we've seen so far and im not exaggerating, your hard work will not be for nothing, there's nothing but greatness on the horizon for you guys, keep it going 💪

You guys are a bunch of talented artists. Your dedication to the VFX of this fan film is just phenomenal, even if it might not be enough scenes in the final edit, or lack thereof with the final version of Lotus. I wish you good luck in your content and career! By the way, you guys doing VFX for any future official Spider-Man movie would be more than a miracle.

What you guys came up with in terms of VFX is definitely in-between what the CW puts in their superhero shows and what companies like ILM are doing. You are all very talented and as an aspiring animator-in-training, I feel I'll never reach the level you guys are at. I hope you all get to work together again on something that gets shown to a lot of people.

VFX artists are criminally underrated, doesn’t matter if they work for a giant company or they’re working on smaller projects. People tend to forget that those amazing images you see on the screen didn’t just sporadically appear; people worked their asses off, and I’ll always respect VFX artists anywhere, anytime.

I’ll definitely be coming back to this video just so I can see the model, first animations, digital environments, and ofcourse the godly opening sequence over and over again. You guys delivered top tier quality which you can still be very very proud of.

I mean, sure, the shot when the 90s theme kicked in was the star of the whole VFX product, but I don't see enough people talking about the shot from 6:04 to 6:16 with Spider-Man on the bridge, that view, those colours, the camera movement and the very posture Spider-Man is in captures so much about the tone of the movie perfectly. It's so solemn, almost trying to tell you that Peter Parker as a character has forgiven himself and the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man is back. Regardless of what happened in the controversy, this is honestly amazing VFX work, I couldn't believe my eyes. It's one of the best shots I've ever seen. Congrats to every VFX artist on the project for such a big-budget movie level outcome!
@saiyanghost37532 жыл бұрын
the final shots looks soo goood! I mean, they are better than most of the swings in all of the official spider-man movies by-far!! I mean, the camera angles are really cool, fast and crazy movements, the swings are tricky, and the music also helps a-lot. Such an amazing job!!

Dude, after seeing this multiple times, this makes me think that Marvel should hire you guys for Tom, Andrew, and Tobey’s Spider-Man movies if we get a TASM 3 or SP4 and possibly Tom Holland’s next trilogy. You guys are awesome and have a bright future ahead of you. I hope to see you done the road and maybe work with you guys cause I wanna become a movie director myself, and maybe one day I’ll hire you guys as my VFX team, looking forward to seeing more stuff from you guys!

I wish everyday you would make a much longer version of this video discussing every part of making this and all your hurdles and struggles in all aspects, especially in making New York and achieving photorealistic and the small things like the cars, The Daily Bugle truck, the crowds and everything. In every frame I see so much detail that’s skimmed over and not discussed, and there’s so much to discuss about this absolutely outstanding job you somehow managed to do. Also the short bit of those unfinished shots looked insane and I’m so sad that it won’t be in the movie but you should definitely talk about that
