Oh Mpoomy ❤ I love you girl. Ever since I started following simple steps you share with us, I have read 5am club and many other books I have learned from wisdom and wellness and the last book read is Disruptive Thinking, I have so much peace as I have been doing the work like you said from inside to the outside, and that peace that surpass all understanding has been my everyday portion. My everyday main scriptures upon myself and my family are Romans 8:28, Ephesians 3:20 and Philippians 1:6

Welcome back Mrs Mom. Your podcast is just the best. It's something I prayed for at 37years, this is what I need in my life. I am intentional about what I feed my eyes and mind l. My eyes are the portal to my soul and This year I learned a lot. One of the things I am praying for is God to bless me with a friend or friends, who I can share the word of God with, pray with, fast with, Laugh with, celebrate with, cry with, be able to be honest with and know that I am not judged, backstabbed, laughed at, ridiculed etc. Just pure people. So hopefully the Lord will bless me financially and I will be part of your fest next year.

I stand to attest that attending the unlimited fest was the best thing I've ever invested in I would do it in every single lifetime and it has opened up unlimited doors. I hope this is not too long to share but a few months after I attended the unlimited fest, I got mugged and all my belongings were taken from me including my unlimited fest bag that I loved so much and it is only because of everything I left the fest with , the wisdom , the inspiration, stories, YOUR story Mpumi ,that sat with me since then , that I was able to overcome how discouraged and lost I felt then. Oh but because God is a God of restoration, wonderful things were replenished back to me. You're wonderful. Thank you. ❤

Dear Mrs Mom (my favorite name) 😊, I am 5:10 in the video and am already tearing up because I can resonate with all that you are saying, particularly on "How are you" part. To think I was a person who always wanted to run 5 km at 5 minutes per km from Monday to Friday to be my best self, but I realized that I am using a rigid approach towards my Holistic Health journey. Today, I have become so flexible in my approach and leaning more on embracing change which has made me to be in awe of who am Becoming.
