Amen and Amen !!!! But it might take time , might not be done in a straight line, done probably in trials and errors , takes a lot prayers and humbling oneself , a lot of forgiveness ( of oneself and of others ), a lot of reflection/ analysis and courage. How does one love herself/hiself? How to overcome our fears ? She worked a lot on herself but she also had a lot of love and support from her husband and family .

She really is vulnerable with her imperfections but strong in speaking about them. I never want to be that girl again. Sacrificing myself for a man before I’ve even discovered myself. I can recall a moment when my ex and I were together and someone asked who I was. My response was [insert ex’s name] girlfriend. The person then said, and what’s your NAME. I of course then gave them my name, but It was in that moment that I realized I had become his shadow. ok, let's take note that, when she mentions her breakdown (15:14) she told her husband "I don't know what I can serve to other people/ offer the world". it's so rare for people to think that way cause in today's society people are so conditioned to worry about money (survival of self) before anything, or what they can do to stand out for FAME or something; its the fact that she asked the most selfless question, and she ended up getting her answer. the external is a reflection of the internal as she mentioned before, ex: about criticizing. when you criticize yourself all the time, you critic everything in your life, so when you reflect love inward in the sense of service for the external, everything begins to fall into place. love it

Truth, if we don't love ourselves and are always critical and have low self esteem, we tend to emit that negative energy and start to criticize others as well. Doing so is just gonna circulate that negativity and it brings us down in the spirit, we get irritable etc. I wake up thanking Jesus for a wonderful day and ask Him to help me love myself so I could reach out to those that are hurting.

I resonate so deeply with Radhi’s message. I also struggled greatly with body image, and it took me years to build self love which primarily began, uncannily enough, moving abroad and living on my own! Thank you Radhi for being beautifully vulnerable, and Lisa for being so authentic at the end of the video. I loved how you completely flipped that situation around to show everyone that no one has it perfect. There is no perfection, only progress-that of which goes far only with the ever expanding energy of (self) love and authenticity.

Wow now that part "....THERE IS NO PERFECTION ONLY PROGRESS...." I love it so much, lately I stopped saying the infamous line "the struggle is real" I say "THE PROGRESS IS REAL" instead coz definitely ain't no struggling here no more, it's only progress and progress doesn't mean u have arrived it just means you are W-I-P i.e WORK IN PROGRESS!!!!!!

31:45 to 32:04 I CAN SO RELATE TO THIS RIGHT NOW...The difference is just that this is what I've been doing to my family since years & they're petrified of talking to me. Reason is, the low self-worth that has actually started from my family itself. I just can't stand the wrong & critical judgement by them in any & everything. Being family, I tend to believe what they're saying is for my betterment & might be correct. But when I apply those things & act accordingly, it all horribly turns up against me. Well even I don't like myself when I'm being snappy towards them, I feel guilty, hence I prefer staying just quiet. I do observe myself & try to ponder over the mistakes I make & also try to correct them. But I will definitely try journaling to know myself better!!

I love this... women of impact (of mega strength). What I have found; in the 40 yrs of life, becoming a wife & a parent; is that strong, accomplished women say "I've struggled " or "the struggle is real". None of them explain the struggles they had or express what the struggles really are (ie: putting off having kids to reach a financial/success goal or trading sleep/sanity to maintain presence with spouce/kids and still reach financial/success goals). WOI(T) & IT brings just that. Thank you. The guests have definitely impacted my mind positively. Being a Mom, just now getting out into (& learning) the hustle after a decade of being only a Mom, I need all the mental/emotional help I can get. The last thing I want is for my kids & husband to feel neglected, but I am not just a Mom/Wife. I am ME. Those that want to manage a home/family like a bad ass- good for them. I want to as well, but I also have a need to do more. I want to give more. I loved the Mel Robbins episode. I wish I was a fly on her walls through all of the struggles. So inspirational. Thank you from the bottom of my ♥️, soul, and mind.

Remember you're worthy of love no matter what happens. Whenever the harsh self talk comes up respond with love. You've got this.

It’s inspiring to hear Roshni speak with so much authenticity and vulnerability. Its not easy to face your fears and let alone share it with the world . What I find amazing is that she does talk about the journaling , self talk and breaking down while processing and keeping a safety net . It’s going to be ok and that’s the inner voice that one needs to condition. Lots of love and positive energy to these lovely women !

"It's intense feeling to feel as if you don't know what you have to offer to other people." My girl.. Yeeees you nailed it sweetheart. My psychic friend asked his spirit guides, Why am I here? They responded simply, "To learn to control what you create." From making toast to manifesting our best selves, "know what you have to offer" is a must-answer question. Spoiler alert: Women offer the keys to life and we rock when we follow our intuition. 😉😎💚🎸

I had a shitty day and was just skipping through the video. Once I stumbled upon the part where she was crying because she had experienced a time where she didnt know what she was good at or what the purpose of her existence was it got me really emotional as well because that's the same Kind of feeling I'm experiencing since 3 years and it gave me severe Depression. I feel better after listening to her. Made my day

I have learned to be more self-aware of the present moment to consciously think, speak to others or to myself, and offer the unique person that I am with the true nature of myself. I now focus on others first and foremost which takes my mind off of Self and opens myself up to giving to others. I am learning and growing continually to serve others, it feels so good emotionally to know I have helped others, which in turn I am grateful for others that much more. I love Radhi. Thank you for your video Lisa.

As a woman, I really enjoy listening to these conversations between women because this day in age we are being pushed to compete with each other. In the old days, women would come together and make huge changes in their lives❤️👌🏽
