Slightly above and yes it was just that. People just love the rushing stats. He only the four more than 20tds in a season three times. His career completion % was 59%. He's got a barely 2 to 1 td to int ratio if you include his rushing ones. A qb rating of 85. Only paid a full season for 4 of his years. 75-68-1 career state starter = .524% . 3-4 in the post season. He's pretty much a Dante Culpepper who rushed well. Troy, 1x 1st all pro, and 3 pro bowls. To put it into perspective Mike Vick has more pro bowls and a comeback player of the year award and at the moment (not for long) most rushing yards for a qb. Vick has an average 7 ypc to cam 5 ypc . So yes he was slightly above medicore
