Love gear swaps I just did mine and I find the install fascinating. Make sure you break those gears in casually for first 500 miles before doing any hardcore off-roading. If you’re just trail riding with minimal complexity then it’s probably a nonissue.

456 gears are perfect for 37" tires. Sorry to have to tell you.

I have a 2009 F150 5.4 at one point I had 35 inch tires with the 456 gears . My new tires I will be installing are 38 a lot of people keep telling me to go to 488 and 513. So I decided to go with the 513 hopefully that is the right decision my wheels and tires all together 600 pounds so I’m waiting for my Truetrac to be delivered and then get everything installed. That being said, what are you guys think? Should I go with the 488. ? I basically only drive around the city and no off-road Definitely wanna hear you guys opinions

I went with 4.30's for my 37's on my 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500..I don't drive off-road or tow though I'm mostly hwy traveling..everyone keeps saying 4.88 and 5.13 with 37s make me think like I made the wrong decision I was trying to get it to were I would get decent fuel mileage and decent power..do u think 4.30s would be the right gears for me?

What mpg ya getting im 37s with 410s and getting freak like 13mpg now but I drive super hard

Yea I'm at 13 mpg with my 37s too but Im riding on 3.23 ratio and was thinking of getting 4.10s..I don't go off road or tow..how are the 4.10s with power and being sluggish..Im hoping my mpgs go up lol
