You have to pay $2.5k+ for the hotel quarantine so if you don't have that money to spare you cannot return to your home country...like me. I'm Australian living in France and I would love to visit my family in Australia but because I don't have nearly $3k to spare I can't

Hey I know this an odd request but I am wondering if I can get some prayers for my puppy. Yesterday I had to leave her at the vet for the weekend due to parvo. I lost a puppy a few years ago to the same sickness so some prayers would be great. Her name is lola btw! Update: Lola is eating all on her own and using the restroom which is tmi but very good lol. As long as she does not throw up for the next few hours she will be coming home tomorrow! Thank you everyone for all the prayers and kind messages!

I am so appreciative of how understanding you guys are of the quarantine process. I live in Victoria and after what we went through last year I do not want to have to go through that again. I work in one of the quarantine hotels and I’m so glad you guys got an apartment! It’s very rare for couples to get an apartment as they’re usually allocated to those with children so parents can cook/heat up meals whenever. What a blessing!

Glad to see you’re taking the quarantine well! Having a schedule and a routine really does help! When you’re doing just nothing, it does make you get into a slump. So I am glad you’re making a schedule and doing things. It’ll also help you both not go insane from being cooped up. I know what that feels like, probably one of the worst feelings ever. But, you guys are doing great I’m proud of both you. I just binged watched every VLog on this channel and Gabe’s channel. Now I’m binge watching all of Jess’ Vlogs on her channel. They are so blessed to have a apartment. We quarantined in WA Perth and only had a single room with a bathroom. We had no balcony and our windows could not be opened. It was difficult but I am blessed to be outside and in Australia !!

I’ve done three rounds of quarantine and I can confirm a routine is the best thing to have!! Plus exercising, talking to friends & fam, grocery order etc. but seems like you two already have it sussed (and an epic hotel room)!! ☺️ so happy you’ve made it back to Aus safely!

Im so happy you guys are back in ausi i have a feeling its gonna be good for you. Also i wanted to share my quarantine in Dubai back in April 2020. They only tested in the airport and then never again. The health authorities called several times to ask if i felt any symptoms. My room was lovey (no kitchen or living room area just super comfy chairs) my lovely meals were prepared in the hotel kitchen and the food was more than enough. However, our widows were locked and even rooms with balconies had them locked and that was toughest part (no fresh air). I was let out early at the 11th day and transportation was arranged for me to go home after. They gave me an apple watch that had easy access to doctors and it tracked my location incase anything happened while i was out. Super great that you guys get to be together also. It might be tough but you guys are super prepared and organized. You got this. Time will fly by.
