You need me over there guys. I can sell ice to an eskimo. Many of my friends will avoid me like the plague when I'm in selling mode as they know if they express any interest at all in what I have for sale they will walk away very happy with their purchase, albeit, just puzzled how I managed to overcome their objections to justify the purchase in their mind lol. I know every psychological subsconsious 'trick in the book' to pull those emotional triggers and to trigger a buying response. I taught the subject for years. Real estate sales is something I would LOVE to get involved in. I'll never forget one conversation with a mate of mine. He told me that he woke up in the morning having purchased at 2 o'clock in the morning a small sailing yacht. He told me the next day he didn't even know he wanted a sailing yacht. He started the evening off with a glass of wine and then just 'fell' into a conversation with me. Two hours later he was a yacht owner. The next morning he looked at me and his face was priceless. Grins.

The neighbor's were telling us how they were spending in the hundreds for homes that were close to one million. It’s significantly lower than the states.

Try to look houses in Playa venao, Punta barco, Rio hato, El valle or Punta chame for good land and prices, pedasi kinda far and not many stuff in that town
