3 ingredient Lemon Pie:
2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup lemon juice
Graham cracker crust
In a bowl add both cans sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice mix until well combined. Pour into pie crust and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve
Pasta Salad:
1 Box pasta salad
Grated Parmesan cheese
Olive Garden salad dressing
Tomatoes chopped
Cucumber chopped
Cook pasta according to directions,drain and rinse.
In a bowl add pasta, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and dressing mix well and chill.
Cheddar ranch burgers:
Fry bacon
In a bowl combine ground beef, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese or to your liking, 1-2 tbs ranch dressing mix to your liking, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Form into patties and grill.
Optional top with bbq sauce and cheese. When done top with onions, bacon, lettuce,tomatoes, pickles I use blue cheese crumbles .

Lemon ice box pie is one of my very favorite summer pies. It maybe simple, but the flavor is so good. I also just prefer lots of mustard and pickles on my burgers.

Wonderful menu Vickie. I'm like you I would put a little blue cheese with the bacon burger. My youngest daughter and I are only ones that like blue cheese dressing and a bit of blue cheese on our entrees. We are not brave enough to eat blue cheese straight lol😂. Can't wait to get the 2 condense milks for lemon pie I have small cans from dollar store but I don't think they are right size?
