when working with pastry... i like to wet counter... lay out a piece of plastic wrap... then flour it and work pastry... that way if it gets stuck... just pull up plastic wrap and flip... plastic wrap will peel off so easily ....

I have made Beef Wellington it is alot , I find making individual ones much easier, I also make Salmon In puff pastry , mine also uses spinach and thin slices of new potatoes , looks delicious ❤❤❤😅

Yummo. I've found when working w phillo that its easier to have all the filling and egg wash already prepared. This helps the phillo from drying out to quick 😊
