The military shouldn't be a place for social experimentation! When I was in the Marine Corps (1987-1989) the military would court marshal you and kick you out of the service! This should be reinstated back into the UCMJ!

Easy wat to fix this don't join. If you want adventure go be a smoke jumper or fireman or sheriff make swat. You will do more for your local community than "serving". And you get a pension unlike the military who gives out 401ks for enlisted.

I joined in 90 , this goes beck to the early 90s and snowballed ( no pun intended ) it started with females and kept rolling... it went from one subject starting small and mostly common sense and slowly escalated itself into the next subject getting a little more then a little more ..... meanwhile the chain of Command was either already in place or was replaced by someone who would push bullshit... guys like me wirh multiple deployments tattoos ect... was told to pound fukin salt

@@manofaction1807 No. Under Clinton, there was no reason to have a massive military after the fall of the USSR and the wall collapsing. Under Obama, recruitment was expanded, because people really only heard for the most part troops getting taken out by IEDs. So Obama loosened the reigns on recruitment, allowing people who would have never qualified (for legal reasons) in. Iraq and Afghanistan just wasn't the type of war people (meaning the public) pictured from the movies. They wanted a 2-hour movie, but got 20 years worth of Fast and Furious movies, questioning why it still went on (Big Pharma in Afghanistan, Big Oil in Iraq).

All four of you could have stayed in a little longer but now you are out. When I enlisted in 1984, Vietnam vets said the same type shit about us. When you get out but could have stayed is like not voting. I am sure you guys benefited from changes in the service two for sure based on history. I know my father did 1956-1986 as did I from 1984-2009! Seems you guys are trying to speak your views into existence in the current Armed Forces.
