Sadly, those fences are popping up all around my old neighborhood where my parents still live. It almost always means frequent thefts are occurring. Some work in small late night groups, others simply stroll around during the late evening/early morning while most are sleeping. They will waltz onto your property without a care in the world and literally go shopping. Simply walking off with whatever they think they can sell. Theft has sadly become a low priority among law enforcement. Lock up and never leavve property out or in your vehicle. that, or buy a big freaking fence.

You guys are by far #1 among my lawn care videos. I am a thousand miles away and have no connection to Houston or the state of Texas. Love that you take the time to walk the property and pick up the trash or move whatever might be in the way. I have watched too many videos with guys working around a single piece of trash, a bucket, a board, or whatever, but never once stop to pick it up or move it off to the side. I also want to thank you for the up-close view of the neighborhoods, housing, vegetation, and the street layout.
