Kira, I have seen that so many times too and have watched the girls keep going back the very next day, but I have never seen parents or anyone react like the Dirty Laundries in my life. That grabbed me from the beginning. I have two grown married sons and that would never happen in my house to my boy's girlfriends or now wives. Many times I would be so broken when they broke up with old girlfriends and moved on, because I would get so attached to them.

Both his parents have been as evasive as Brain was about Gabby's last day. For him to take the easy way out instead of facing 12 to judge him, leaving so many un- answered questions is leaving a huge whole in the hearts of her family and those of us who followed her storyline. I cannot even begin to imagine what it’s like to be in the shoes of ANY of the parents. But, it is never recommended that you speak to the police in a situation like this. The attorney’s priority is to protect them. The police are allowed and excel at tricking people into incriminating themselves. So… though I think it’s devastating and being unfortunate that there are so many unknowns, it makes sense what they are doing. I have tons of compassion for all of the surviving family members. I am of course suspicious. However, I don’t begin to believe that anyone can really judge who should have done what - short of the obvious (no one should have taken actions resulting in anyone’s demise).

I agree Christine. Thank you. I scrolled this far before I found someone with any humanity. Whether they did anything wrong or not, no parents should be harassed at their home by anyone at a time like this. Just because “people are angry” or feel connected to this story because of past abuse in their lives is not an automatic entitlement to information and thinking you can demand answers. The audacity and ego driven antics that have gone on outside their home is a scourge and bad stain on the temperature of our country and time we live in. I mean really, like vultures circling for what they can devour. We all need the lesson of withholding judgement I got in grammar school almost 60 years ago by watching the old classic movie with Henry Fonda called, The Oxbow Incident. I haven’t watched the whole video yet. I just want to say that we are attacking Brian without knowing the whole situation. It is very sad. I will say this. Brian seemed to have introspection that he had to get away when he was upset. He flew home and she stayed at a hotel. Could he be that controlling? Think about it. Why come home? It’s sad that we make judgments without knowing the whole situation. My hearts go out to all. I don’t want to be the judge. God is the only one who will ever know the truth. One more thing to point out is that there is no record of any domestic disturbances ever reported. Please let’s not judge. Prayers for all involved in this case. God bless you all! @@claudiam2541 No, people in business and property owners have lawyers on retainer. It's a common practice. When the police came to the door, one of them ran to call lawyer, or just knew to pass the Lawyers card. The Lawyer said they called him on Sept 11th. The real question is do people want to hate everyone you chooses their right to remain silent? This is what the Laundries are being hated for, because Cassie swears she never got a call or text. Gabbys mom clarified that she never sent a text until Sept 9th, that's after camping, and she never called. Did the Laundries recieve it? What was Mrs Laundrie doing that day? Was she in hospital, getting treatment, sick, or did she just tell her 23 year old kid to tell Gabby to call her mom? So, the real question is Do USA citizens want to petition the Government to revoke the right to remain silent from the constitution?

Its easy for the Laundries to keep up their "hurried ,pissed off ,don't bother us" vibe with the slew of news crews of times past surrounding them, yelling questions.....But you two out there scared them to the core because its much much more intimate... Young couple, van lifers, possibly acquaintances of Gabby and/or Brian,etc......🧐

I wonder if they know about you guys either from their own watching KZbin or through their attorney but you guys are the ones that have given really the best insight with real actual footage of everywhere Gabby and Brian went and I bet that scared the shit (excuse my language) out of the parents because when you don't know stuff you can visualize for yourself what your brain wants to think but when you see it right there in black and white or color on your vlog it probably really pissed them off and scared them. Alligators will drag a body under the water and eat fleshy parts and some bones. THAT is why Brians body did not bloat and float. There was nothing left to float. The remaining parts were, most likely, dragged away and eaten by the wild boars, which will eat EVERYTHING, including bones.

Brian is alive & hiding somewhere in a safe house or relaxing home in his bed. Talk to Doug from North Port & Aaron Mull. Compare cards etc. He's too coward to shoot himself but he couldn't strangle himself either. There was no gun there. The gun was allegedly fished out in a Publix bag sunk with a brick at Fort De Soto.

Even though the case is horrific, I appreciate your light humorous touch...you both seem to know not to take yourselves too seriously.

The neighbors on street behind said they saw him walking by on the 17th and said another neighbor got surveillance footage of it. And a neighbor on Laundrie street said he was standing behind the crowd when people were on the yard. They told the police. There is the one picture sighting of him walking barefoot with ear pods in his ears, around his neighborhood too. So if the neighbor in the back saw him on the 17th the day they officially reported him missing, he was not dead at that point. Timeline is so messed up on purpose. They put the back fence camera in a few days after the front surveillance camera was put in. They messed up and he went over the back fence! And maybe down to that canal to not be seen. That’s why they never saw him and that’s when they put the fence camera up.

Wow! I had read something yesterday that a Forensic "expert" thought Brian did a drug overdose. But I had thought from the beginning it would most likely be a gunshot wound to the head because it's FAST and Brian already proved he wouldn't do anything lastingly violent to himself. Also, it was fascinating that you showed the entire street. Nobody else has done that. What blows my mind about this entire case is the dynamic of their relationship. They actually SEEMED to love each other but something went horribly wrong. Maybe she told him she wanted to break up (considering what the female cop in Moab brought to her awareness), and it could have built up to a blind rage on Brian's part. The whole dynamic is just bizarre. And no dispect intended, but Brian's parents seem aloof beyond an understandable restraint for the circumstances, you can't help but think it's creepy.

Well, if there's access to the Carlton reserve from behind Brian's home, it's highly likely that Brian left on foot. They planned to park the Mustang at the reserve, then pick it up a few days later. Brian was not at the house on the 11th September because by that date, Gabby was reported missing. If I were the police, I would get a warrant immediately and insist on speaking to Brian. That is absurd that FBI or police did not speak with Brian even just to get a statement about her whereabouts.

Not sure why it's so puzzling that they don't want to respond.. I mean, they have been in the spotlight for this long now, they are probably so isolated, they just want a piece of normalcy again. Yes, I too am curious to know what happened, how much they knew about, but I also understand they went from being "the villain" to learning their son is dead. The amount of trauma they could be living with, or maybe even guilt for not having stopped their son from leaving, or simply the lack of opportunity for proper mourning for their son, because of so much paparazzi-type pressure, is probably too much to handle. I hope I'm wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if one of them or both of them attempt against their own lives just to "end it all". Has anyone even shown them a little empathy for their loss? Or is everyone just adding to the pain by caring so little about them as humans with feelings? Just my take. Whatever the truth is, they are humans with emotions too.

Perhaps they just do not know what to say. If they know it all and I suspect they do, it would for me be a total nightmare. Knowing your son murdered his fiance and drove back in her van to home and started talking of what he had done. Possibly crying and begging his parents for help. It would rip my heart out and so I do understand why they contacted Steve Bertoloni and left him to deal with the press and the public. My heart goes out to Gabby and her family and they are beyond devastated, but so perhaps are Brian's parents and family. I would not want to be in their heads and I am sure they just want to get home and relax, if they can. I think it is good that people are leaving them alone now. It was Brian who murdered Gabby and he is not here to answer or give account of why he did so. His parents only know what he told them and he may have left lots out, who knows? I would react badly to coming home and feeling I could not just drive in and yes, it was a circus but once their attorney started to talk it seemed that respect for the parents was shown. I would move if I was them and go somewhere far away, where is is quiet and with no immediate neighbours in view, and even that will be causing them grief, the thought of always being recognised . If they intended that to be their last home then the thought of needing to move will be enough to take, without any health issues which they may have that no-one knows of.. I live in chronic pain and yet to look at me you would not know. No comparison to what they are going through, but I find everything around 5X harder to do now and have to have help, if I had to arrange a move and packing I think I would have a total .breakdown. The actions of their son tore their world apart and continue to do so. Their son a murderer, took the life of a lovely young woman and then took his own life, so no matter what they know or knew, their lives, at their ages are now, are in freefall and all that was is now so very different and there is nothing they can do about it.. What a terrible situation to be in, truly terrible!

They are his parents and parents, so their behavior is understandable in that context, people shouldnt be so quick to castigate them. Contacting a lawyer and limiting statements can be a well founded choice advised by their attorney and people really shouldnt judge them on that. The parents shouldnt sacrifice themselves, they also were not keen on helping with his destruction. Understandable from a parents point of view.
@susanseifert44723 жыл бұрын
You know as a parent they have more potential liability NOT cooperating. I would absolutely plead with my child to do the right thing and turn himself in. I would have absolutely helped Gabbys family with answers. That they did not respond initially with anything tells me all I need to know about them. I would never want any of my family associated with their kind. Why is it "bad" to judge them? As parents we also need to teach our children to be good judge of character.
@susanseifert44723 жыл бұрын
I also would have gotten an attorney for my SON. There's no need to get an attorney for themselves if THEY had done the right thing initially. I believe they knew before Brian left Wyoming. Instead of counseling him to turn himself in they lawyered up. They could have still been there for their son in the right way. Sometimes letting your kids face consequences is the best thing even if it is hard.
