IF they have it, they gave it to the police already. Even if the police wanted to give out copies to the news media, they can't. It's not even their property. Plus, that would be tacky as hell. Also, if their were a criminal on the loose... do you think they would want them to know what they know? It would just give the criminal the upper hand. Why do you think they keep reminding people that Brian was just "a person of interest?" If he was hiding, and he heard that, don't you think it would be more likely that he would come out of hiding. He would think that maybe he could bullshit his way out of it or maybe he would think it would look bad if he keeps hiding even if he is not a suspect. The people of Moab are not giving out copies to the twenty or so news stations who just want to profit off of it so you can get your fix. They've done there part. Give a story to one news agency and you'll have fifteen more lined up nagging you for an interview too.

This whole case is crazy! Their story was verified and cleared by authorities. That is why a few media outlets interviewed the couple bc they were able to vet their story from authorities! The reason why the husband remembered Brian’s face after a day or two is bc of the fact of the fight and how uncomfortable they were that is was happening rt next to them. They both also said it seemed as if he was angry over the bill. This is so odd that no one around the Moab area wants to discuss this. Merry Piglets also gave Fbi the video footage, now they tell Brian they don’t have it anymore, it was taped over? I’m sure that’s probably not true since the Fbi probably still have it! There was also an old coworker of Brian’s interviewed. Back from NY, a landscaping company, I forget which media outlet covered it but it can be googled. The old coworker confirmed that Brian was basically a loose cannon regarding his temper! I read that Moab is not used to anything like this. Very very low crime. They seem unwilling to talk about it as well. Just like what Brian was just saying. So bizarre. What else is new though, everything about this case is wild!!

I thought so too, they actually did what they are asked to do: give the woman the space she owns, while the violent man will have to get to another place. They do it with real domestic cases all the same, while they are in a flat/apartment for example. So sadly, they actually did it textbook, since it was her van, she gets the keys and he is thrown out so-to-speak, but this situation would have needed something else, and they did not see that.

1. She had her brand on social media based on their relationship and traveling, so put the pressure on herself 2. Her self-esteem was low to the point where he had her believing she wasn’t a great driver so she didn’t feel confident driving home 4. Him being her fiancé, she felt she owed him loyalty, she couldn’t turn her back on him 5. She seemed very invested in the relationship to the point of even calling herself Aunt Gabby to his nephews 6. She was young and naive, her first serious relationship, even engaged, so she couldn’t see certain red flags. You could tell she just wanted things to be calm and nice by the videos and pictures she posted after their fight 7. Anytime a person gets physical with you, even if it’s subtle, touching your face in a rude jokingly way, not good! When I saw her show the cops how he grabbed her face, “to push her away from him”, I was like a good man would never grab a woman’s face like that even if she’s being aggressive. They would just push her away and walk away, end things right there, but the way he held her face, I knew then and there he enjoyed having physical power over her and demeaning her.
