The best way to eat it is with the two sauces you were trying. Just pour them over the samosas in a zig zag pattern. It’s delicious, love that you appreciated the food. It really is rich in flavors. So glad you guys loved the indian food! I'm indian myself born and raised in Canada. Ya'll literally ordered my go to meals whenever i go to an Indian restaurant haha. I highly suggest to get "Raita" next time and have it with your rice it tastes really good! Raita is made with yogurt, spices and herbs its a good side dish to add to your meal. Butter chicken always be bussin though so good choice!

The chutney (red and green sauces) go with the samosas. Red is supposed to be like tamarind and green is more minty. So glad y’all ended up dipping the samosas in them, as that’s what it’s meant for! ❤

Love this! The red chutney is sweet and sour which you dip in the somosa and the green one is tangy with mint and cilantro, also a dip for the samosa! Also you can add water to the mango lassi which is mango and yogurt. Its a drink/snack!

KB said Gulab Jamun and Saag spot on 👏 👏 just a side note, you can pour the saag or butterchicken over the white rice, mix it up and eat it or you can have it with nan. The chicken tikka, because its drier you can have that with nan or roti. also, you got it! the green sauce (or chutney) you can have it with the Samosa or try the sauces with the chicken. You should try them with fries - so yummy! The mango lassi I definitely just have it whenever I want some. I still like separate fizzy drink or water with my food.

KB got all the facts on Indian food 💯 I would recommend getting Raita to pair with your food it can help strong spices and has a cooling effect! For drinks try mango lassi it is SO bomb and if you liked butter chicken I would recommend Shahi Paneer it’s indian cheese with the butter chicken curry but it’s vegetarian :)
