To properly load a piping bag make a circle with your pointer finger and thumb, place the tip of the bag in the circle, then roll down the sides of the bag over your hand and scoop the icing into the now exposed bottom of the icing bag. Essentially the bag should look like a crater in your hand with the sides of the bag rolled over it. Then pull the sides of the bag back up. You never want to have icing on the bag where you twist it as the bag will slip open that way.

Caleb for me personally gets a 45 and Kris gets a 43.5 . Reasons: Caleb’s is so artistically creative and the special savoury sardine inside adds a sweet and savoury taste is what I would think.
