I have such a love/hate relatioship with this game. Even theough all the glitches and other issues, it is still great to play with friends. I always spec mostly into speed. Being able to outrun most animals is silly.

Hey long time viewer i have hundreds of hours in ark so as a personal tip raft bases aren't really worth it since Leeds exist (basically just a huge fucking whale) and they can destroy the entire thing in like 20 seconds and sink the boat Personally I would recommend either the side of the beach or a open field with little carnivore spawns near water if your just starting out (Also if jakes being annoying then if you have obsidian you can craft handcuffs so you can knock him out put them on him and he can't do shit when he wakes up and he needs either someone to let him out or he has to die)
