That was where I grew up many decades ago now....but its changed so much, I hardly recognise it...I lived there during the fifties , so there was very little there at all...The Ritz is iconic, and I remember it well....

That's a baby magpie btw, when they're young their plumage is grey and fluffy. It's calling for its mumma. Acai bowls (pronounced a-sa-ee) is actually the frozen acai palm fruit that is blended like a smoothie then topped with fruits, granola, nuts and tapioca. There's no ice-cream. It's delicious and super healthy. Recommend getting bowl, perfect for before or after work outs 👌

You guys should definitely check out Balmoral Beach (North Sydney), it also has a hike trail with pretty great views of the ocean and clifftop homes as well

Really enjoying your vlog. Hope you're having a great time in Australia. Btw, there are more than 100 beaches in Sydney. Try a ferry to Watson's Bay and go on a walk to the south head lighthouse. Newtown is definitely cool. Also Balmain is one of Sydney's oldest suburbs and very picturesque. If you go to the blue mountains I highly recommend Wentworth Falls going down the stairs to the waterfall.

G'day - ex pat of Limerick here - in a Sydney sider since 1990 now . Best place to live in Sydney ( my own opinion of course ) Marrickville, Newtown , Erskinvillie, Alexandria...... these places closes to everyhing and very cool surroundings....

People live in Randwick because its close to the city for work. If you want to live near the beach going further down to Cronulla is an option.

I lived most of my 70 years in the Little Bay area it’s beautiful. Now retired and live in Canberra. That area where you bought your pies is full of houso’s and is the worst area in the entire eastern suburbs. I would strongly recommend that you give that suburb commonly known as Lexo a wide berth in the future.

We will try and get a taste of abit of everything around the country which is our main objective. See everyone is different also as everyone likes something different so some may actually prefer Sydney over the north and then some prefer the north over Sydney, it’s a tricky one 😂

I don’t like inner city suburbs . The outer suburbs are more open . Cecil Hills near where I live has beautiful houses . Nice and modern .enjoy the beach !
