Row ten burg. We were there in 2018. Fascinating. Also I was stationed in Germany for 2 1/2 years. Having my son stand in the same place where I was 43 years ago was unbelievable.

If you want to correctly pronounce Rothenburg, it is Rowtenburg! The o is always oh, unless it has the the two dots above the vowel! !

This video brought back a few memories for me. I traveled to Schweinfurt for work and a few of my German colleagues said I should check out Rothenburg. So, I drove about 90 minutes through the countryside in a MANUAL transmission VW Golf. It was so much fun. Then, I visited the town and it was so cool to see the wall surrounding a medieval town. They actually have a medieval museum that has armor, weapons and so many other amazing relics from the past. Anyway, I enjoyed the memory through your visit to this incredible gem of a town.
