I'm not a fan of cheese, but if I had to improve the Mexican Cheesy Fries order (How is it Mexican, exactly?) I'd have a cheese powder packet (like the Buldak Bokkeumyeon Cheese Buldak flavour) provided separately that you could add into a fries bag (like the Piri Piri Fries) and shake it, till the cheese powder evenly coats all the fries. To add a Mexican flair to it, maybe also give guacamole, refried beans or salsa separately like the cheese powder to be shaken in, idk.
