So I'm confused....is she his "Sugar Mama" or is she his "girlfriend"? If she's just his Sugar Mama, then why does it matter if either one of them are having relationships with others outside of this one? (Note, I have never been in this type of relationship personally, so I don't know the rules...I am just basing my opinion from what I read on Google.) By definition a sugar daddy (used for men) or a sugar mama (used for women) is typically an older individual who provides financial assistance or lavish gifts to a younger person, often in exchange for companionship or other forms of interaction. So therefore, it wouldn't be considered cheating if he was interacting with other women, sexually or otherwise, at the same time he is dealing with her. That (to me) is not the same thing as being in a loving, committed, monogamous relationship with another person that is built on a mutual love and respect and trust. If she was his girlfriend, it WOULD be considered cheating if they were seeing other people while in a committed relationship. I am not saying this as absolute fact...this is just my opinion as a woman.
