If you have a HOA. You don't own your property. When I look for a property, I must not have a HOA. I cant stand the idea of owning land and having a group of people tell me what I can and can not do with it. I love land surrounded by nature. I want privacy, but still want to be within 15-30min of a mid size city. Its why Ocala seems like the best city for me here in Florida. Homes like the one fetured in the video seem ideal to me.

Very nice home, and NO HOA's. Roof: A metal roof might be more durable, but it amplifies noise like a drum. I personally don't like metal roofs when it rains. It doesn't matter how much insulation you have, it is extremely noisy. If I was in the market for a new house, I would go for a house with regular shingles.

Beautiful kitchen. The pantry is amazing. I don’t like the exterior as it looks too farmland but some like that. I like more modern style home.
