To tame my curly hair I use Boots essentials hair creme, only £1.99 and lasts ages! Then I use hair gel to define the curls, I’m currently using Umberto Giannini scrunching jelly. Definitely try out more wowcher offers!

I did a Bannatyne spa day for my 36th birthday last year. I had to postpone it several times due to my long term health /disabilitys and they where amazing. I had spa day with 1 big treatment and 2 mini treatments and free use of the whole gym and swimming and jacuzzi and it was just £39 down from £102. They are great

Idk many good products other than the shockwaves curl mousse. But 1 huge tip for curly hair is don’t brush!!! Scrunch dry when wet with a cotton T-shirt to stop frizz!

For naturally curly hair I use any shampoo that is silicon free, at the moment it is the almond one from savers but I can't remember the brand xx

Google the curly girl routine. Honestly the best thing I ever did for my hair. There is so much info online, especially on facebook and instagram. It promotes co-washing instead of shampoo, and eliminates sulphates and silicones which are no good for your curls. It's a lot of info to take in at first, but more than worth it xx

Nearly peed my pants watching the lady jogging along to Mario-esque music 😂😂 I’ve never been to a spa, I always think I’ll be laughed at because I’m a plus size & disabled. I’d do anything for a facial & head massage ! How do you find your pain patches Holly? They never worked on me unfortunately. I’m on MST tablets & oramoprh for breakthrough pain at the moment. I’ve got thick wavy hair and my hairdresser recommended No Blow Dry by Redken - you can just put it onto your hair after you wash it without drying it. It helps my hair dry wavy but ‘nice’ waves if that makes sense! 🤣

Sea salt spray is lovely for a beachy wave look, it's sometimes called mermaid spray. I tend to use it in warmer weather when im leaving it to dry naturally but it always gives me lovely even waves instead of my usual natural chaos hee hee x
