I wear really loose clothing so having a bra that isn't padded or is basically like a mini T-shirt type of thing is really nice. Especially for sleeping in, all my pajama shirts are very large and I've woken up and my shirt was completely up when I wasn't wearing a bra. 😂 I also have a larger chest so having no support hurts.

I always love these videos and these girls are the best (Joyce always serving us confidence and humor), but was I the only one screaming at the screen that a YOGA or LOUNGE bra was obviously not going to give them high impact support for exercise?! Haha especially or the bigger tee-tas. I’m a DD and I wouldn’t even bother looking at those for exercise because I know they’re just not meant for even medium impact. Would love to see them do another one of these trying all high impact only though!

Yes! First off check out A Bra That Fits on Reddit. They have a huuuuge list of amazing reccomendations for every size as well as a calculator (I thought I was a 36H, turns out I was a 34J haha). I really like Shefit and Glamorise Elite Performance Cami sports bra wise, they're very supportive! As for swimsuits for your size Adore me makes a lot of cute ones that aren't super expensive. Hope that helps!!

Shock Absorber sports bras are excellent. I used to be a runner and they're perfect. High impact while still being comfortable and without making you look like you're wearing a bulletproof vest.. Plus great small back/large cup options!!

Not sure if you wanted a direct recommendation, but I'll give you one. Also in general only buying sports bras and swimwear by bra size is the way to go, and sorting by size immediately. As someone with the same size my favorite cheap sports bra off of Amazon is: SYROKAN Women's Bounce Control Wirefree Front Adjustable High Impact... I thinks its a knockoff of the shefit, but its super adjustable so I can actually wear it as a comfy or supportive sports bra, which was a game changer for me.

You need to buy 10 of them AND make them be exceptionally supportive. Then, you need to have these women choose the best FOR jumping jacks and other exercises. I don’t like any of them for the well endowed women. It would be very interesting to see if there was any overlap in choices if you did it this way. I give this video a C-. Didn’t really show us anything we didn’t already know about sports bras (most of them are great for petite women).

@KHADIJA MAJDOUB DIY binding can be unsafe. For example, a friend of mine used to bind unsafely and it hurt their ribs so badly that they have scars from it. And sadly, no you will not be permanently flat. Always do research first as to how long a day you should bind, and if you are able, buy an actual binder because they’re much safer!

My favorite sports bra on Amazon for bigger chests is the "Glamorise Women's Elite Performance No-Bounce Cami Wirefree Sports Bra." It runs in UK sizing too so there's more options available. I'm a US 34J (UK 34 GG) and it does me well enough for a Chloe Ting shred challenge haha

Yes, you ARE the only one who finds her irritating. And people don't just work out to look good/lose weight/be toned. It's good for endorphins and making you feel better emotionally, which actually DOES check out for Vivian because she always seems really happy & bubble in these videos.
