We celebrated Bea’s Birthday at Kato Restaurant, right in the heart of L.A.'s Arts District. It was great to savor every delightful dish that Kato is renowned for from it’s Bar Tasting Menu which was a collection of it’s classic dishes that has helped earned them the prestigious Michelin star. To make our evening even more special, the generous team gave us a kitchen tour, giving us an insider's peek into their culinary artistry and inspiration.
