gorgeous - I love the fancy and decadent. Who'd have thought of kiwi as an acid! I love this new idea - and definitely want to use it. This was really cool - I'm all for the vegan fancy meal - and I will 100% go to pied-a-terre if I get the chance. Even the name's really cool. I love to see and know how it's made - this person is so lucky to eat such an amazing dish like that!
