What is more is they went nearly 70% for Lincoln in the 1864 election and his fifth strongest state in his reelection, and had some of the biggest public mourning for him when he was assassinated. Ok, so I can’t believe that lady said we were just like a smaller part of Virginia, considering that the whole reason West Virginia exists was because it split apart from Virginia in refusal to fight with the south in the civil war. Isn’t that common knowledge? Anyway that really shocked me. No it is not the western part of Virginia.. and there were really many way more interesting harder to pronounce towns they could have used also.

If you're going to do West Virginia town names, you should have sampled Tudor's Biscuit World when you were talking fast food biscuits. They're the best fast food biscuits I've had. (On a related, but hopefully uncharacteristic note, two Bojangles opened in Huntington recently. They only lasted about 2 years and shut down. They deserved to. A couple of months ago I had a chicken biscuit at the last one to remain open, and it was not fit to feed to a dog. Both the biscuit and the chicken were so dry they must have been under a heat lamp for 12 hours at least.)

They opened a Bojangles in my hometown, and I've yet to eat there. I live in NC now and I am not a fan of Bojangles at all. So I'm not going to go home and eat it either.

West Virginia isn’t a little part of Virginia. Been it’s own state for a very very long time. Charleston isn’t anywhere near Richmond. Wasn’t offended until that came out of her mouth. Someone always has to be that person though.

Every kid who lived within 30 miles of Pruntytown was scared to death of that place and their parents threatened to send them there if they didn't behave. I had an Aunt who was a Nurse there. it was basically a Prison for kids.
