Fun fact Istanbul comes from the Greek words “is tin poli” meaning “to the town/city”. Greeks - the original founders of the city - used to refer to Constantinople in that manner when they were on their way there from another town or city.

The bulk of tomatoes in UK are grown quickly for supermarket demands, so aren't ripe and are then artificially finished. So essentially are unripe, hence no taste. Markets in Fethiye are amazing all produce is small volume, locally grown and full of taste. Our UK high demand, low price food culture drives down quality.

Don’t forget all the glyphosate in the fruit and veg!! Very dangerous use fulvic minerals to detox it! Or if you can afford it bubble your fruit veg through olive oil and a ozone generator..
