A Brianna cooking show would be super entertaining, but I am not sure my conscious would let me enjoy it due to the guaranteed high body count such a show would entail. It would make ancient Roman bloodsports look tame in comparison. I seriously thought I was going to watch a tragedy when she went to pour water into the cooking candy. Steam explosions are no joke. My mom used to joke that I employed a whole battalion of Guardian Angles when I was young. I know what those guys are up to nowadays.

Quick Safety PSA, since it wasn't mentioned in the video: If you're drinking anything with dry ice in it, wait until the dry ice has completely dissolved and the drink has stopped bubbling BEFORE drinking it. Dry ice is very cool for presentation, but very dangerous to ingest.

There are techniques to anchor the dry ice in the bottom, but either way not worth the risk IMO. Even a tiny piece can burn its way into your throat.
