These noodle soups look amazing. I live in Connecticut, and I'm taking my wife here to try this. We love asian food, pho soups, the list goes on. Can't wait to try this

You Definitely need to check out the neighborhood if you are an asian food lover. This neighborhood transports you to Asia. So many great eats, desserts, drinks and things to do. The best part of all everything is fairly reasonable! Come hungry and bring a pair of comfy shoes because you will be tempted to walk the whole thing. Haha.

You really ought to spend more time in the original Chinatown in lower Manhattan. A lot of people, who want to visit "Chinatown" in the city, do not take the long ride out to Queens! Over many decades, I have visited Mott St, and vicinity, many, many times...but have no familiarity with Chinatown in Flushing, even though an uncle of mine was a doctor nearby in Forest Hills.

I’m really confused about why they put everything in the soup at the table instead of just doing it before they bring the food to the table.
@Lijearion4 жыл бұрын
The original story about these noodles is that a guy was studying on an island for the civil service exam and his wife would cross the bridge and bring him noodles for lunch. But by the time he got the food the noodles were soggy and the soup cold. So she separated everything and had the broth boiling.
