@@tailpig6417 so are the other mechanical bosses, as in the lore, the mech bosses were made when the cultists forced the mechanic to use what was left of the original 3 the terrarian defeated to make them, it's like if someone tried to turn cosmic horrors into robocop.

I'm pretty certain the lore of terraria has an explanation for why there isn't a mech brain. If I remember correctly, the mech bosses were made by the mechanic who was kidnapped by the lunatic cultists to revive cthulu (I forget how to spell it lol.) She needed to complete 4 mechs in order to succeed being the spine, skull and arms, eyes, and brain. The mechanic finished 3 of the listed mechanical bosses except for one, because we saved her from the dungeon.

The Motherbrain boss fight from Homeward Journey is one of my favorites of the whole mod, my only critique is how hard it is to actually hit the enemies on that fight if you don't have something homing. Aside from that, the concept is so good and it's just so fun, behind Slime God as my favorite fight from Homeward Journey.

Take a steel blob with vents and anything, put it on Santank wheel base, replace crown with tank tower. Give him second phase, idk, some of his steel plating falloff and there is missile barrage system under it. Or nanomachines, theres literally ocean of possibilities.

There’s a mechanical Plantera in the martians order mod, part of the “Jungle Defenders”, as well as a DIY exo mech, also in the mech rework mod mechdusa got completely reworked and is fightable in non zenith/legendary worlds, by using suspicious looking box, renamed ocrams razor I think
