There's resorts like Summer Island who can do 4 nights for around $3400 AUD in July time, so it depends on your budget and what time of year up go but def doable :)

I would love to see a video from her which details how a natural look is lovely on women these days and that lip fillers look completely ridiculous and women in 2022 should stop trying to look like hookers with porn blow job lips and instead be happy and confident with their natural beauty.

i went in 2017 and it was nice back then...not sure how it would be 6 years later? Like if it is still newish feeling. What was great is that you can get a boat or plane to the resort....it is not far from Male. Next island to it is the resort where Victoria and David Beckham go to 😆 I found though one side was windy but that is the same with alot of the maldives. I went by myself and chilled out, go to the gym in the morning etc..i dont know if multiple people would find it boring? The staff were lovely. A few downsides was that the island obviously has a waste/fuel/electricity generator section which i had to walk by to get to my room...i think all maldives islands must have the same to get power. The other downside was that there was this weird french couple would take the 2 sun loungers outside of my room everyday so i had no where myself to lay in the sun...that was super annoying! And that was pre covid times. Another thing i found extremely rude was on the excursion to a local inhabitants island...we were told to cover our bodies completely to the wrist and ankle as it is a strict muslim country. I was then horrified to see some girls get on the tour boat in their bikinis and totally ignore the rule to cover up and respect the locals...so they were not allowed onto the local habitants islands because on the islands the local women wear full on burka. Also many people dont know it is forbidden for unmarried couples to sleep together - i wonder how Josie and Charlie get away with going to the Maldives and staying in then same room given it is a strict muslim country. Since i went to the maldives i learnt that the country still flogs and stone women to death for being unmarried and having sex with a man (even if they are a child that has been raped).

Thanks for sharing your holiday with us. It looks amazing. In Scotland, porridge is traditionally made with pinhead oatmeal, salt and water rather than porridge oats (rolled). My granda used to soak the oats in water and 1/2 tsp salt overnight then cook in the morning on the stove. He would use a spurtle to stir the oats so that they didn’t stick around the edges and burn. Steel cut oats are pinhead oats in Scotland and we also use them to coat herring (when in season) which is then fried and served with new potatoes. The oats go all crunchy with soft fish underneath the crunchy coating. Americans call them steel cut oats but they are the same as pinhead. Charlie is correct, they release their energy more slowly than rolled oats. Love your blogs Josie x

We went to the Maldives in October. The weather was fantastic although there were a few ominous clouds. You are often glad of the break from the sun. It’s been my favourite destination. I took two pairs of shoes (and I’m a heavy duty packer) and I did not wear shoes the whole time. We missed our seaplane (flight delay) so stayed in Male for the night, it was an experience to say the least? Really hoping to book for Oct again. Was great to reminisce through your vlog xx

I just love your Maldive vlogs. Brings back so many memories of my trip to the maldives 25 years ago. We stayed on an island called Kurumathi. We had the air taxi from male ( the airport then was a wooden hut with a palm leaf room) .. and a single runway which was just a strip of sand.. and there was only one flight in and out per week. Our island had a bar, the beach and water villas and a restaurant and that was it.. a real robinson cruseo experience. Not sure I would enjoy it as much now it is so commercialized.... but i love watching your vlogs all the same. Hope you both got back home safe and sound. I bet the boys went bananas when you walked through the door xxxxx

This is sooo nice! Love the hotel and the room! Your friend Freddy is in a Raffles Hotel in Dubai now on a press trip! Is this stay at the Raffles Maldives a press trip/ sponsored trip also? Because then I chose the wrong job! 😂

Your trip looks amazing! Steel cut oats and instant oats are from the same oat just the steel is less processed (like cacao vs chocolate). And it’s like how if you overcook your pasta it has a higher GI than al dente!

Reading is such a personal thing... I've read 12 books already this year and almost finishing my 13th, and I've been working all month. On a 10 day trip, I'd probably read about 15 books minimum... My suitcases are never filled with cloths, just with books...
