As for being able to tell the difference between somebody who's driving with a controller or driving with a Sim steering wheel because of the twitchiness, that has nothing to do with being driven with a controller that is just that particular person's style of driving. Some people prefer to controller stick tick to do slight course corrections whike others with more hand dexterity can operate direction change smooth just like with what can be done with a steering wheel Sim setup....
