Steph is working hard, relaxing on the lounger. She’s resting and letting her body heal. A really good, loving wife/mother struggles to stay still when there’s chores to be done. You start with water that has been running for who knows how long, all the turkeys go missing, the dogs were fighting, you just about start a forest fire with your arm hair, then you just about smoke the family out of the house, which sets off the smoke detectors! That's the cool part about farm living we all fall in place when someone is down and then in the farming community around you if a farmer in your area has a heartattack the other farmers kick in and bring his crop in for him the women kick in and cook up a storm and take meals to their family. There is an exhaust fan on the hood above your stove with the light. Turn that fan on when you turn on the stove so your alarm will not go off.

I couldn't help noticing but, either you didn't have the extractor hood turned on over the cooker or it wasn't working as the smoke wasn't going into the hood. Brandon next time you cook bacon cook them in the oven, lay them on a baking pan and oven on like 350 deg makes for a much cleaner kitchen. But looked really good.

Two things Brandon... 1. I couldn't help but laugh when you said not all of them could fly... And right over your shoulder was one flying 🦃 2. I find it's so much easier to cook bacon in the oven... You can set the temperature anywhere from 350° to 400° check it after 10 minutes... Putting foil down makes for easy clean up... I'm already a subscriber on your friends channel 💜💜💜🥰

My chickens and turkeys didn't like the millet that was in one of the mixed scratch grains I used to buy. So, I changed out for a different brand of scratch. This summer, I had millet plants growing all over the chicken yards. Apparently the mice didnt like millet either. Ha ha ha

Put a rack top of parchment paper on a cookie sheet & then put bacon on. Bake in oven on 400 for 20 min or so perfection. No splattering or smoke alarm going off!

We have neighbors that rause turkeys. Its amazing when you see them lines up and walking through the yard, around the hoyse and up over the hill behind us. They travel acriss the hill come down the road in front of the house, abd back through the woods to there home. This trecj tajes about 3 hrs. I love it here, we have very interesting neighbors.

Does you fan above the stove not work well enough when cooking on the stove? It seems to happen often when cooking bacon. Happens to Stephanie also when she made your breakfast.❤
