The majority of preachers are not preaching God's Word hot. They preach feelings and prosperity. The majority of Christians don't read God's Word. How many Christians have been "saved" 5 years and not read the Bible thru cover to cover? 10 years and not read it all? 15 years and not read it beginning to end? Your children see it and don't consider you real at all so why should they believe it? After all, you have time for everything else..... Judgment is coming and God will start at His sanctuary.

@amymartin7508 - I'm a minister. I read it thru every year, sometimes twice. I have for over 20 years now. I believe every word of it. How would your husband know it was 2,000 years of tampering? They're still finding archeological evidence to support it from 3,000 to 4,000 years ago. I have a 1611 version. That's 400 plus years of no tampering. The KJV has tens of thousands of manuscript evidence to back it up. I've seen really old Bibles, much older than 400 years old. There's no tampering. There are literally tens of thousands of people world wide who are examining it every hour of every day. Look up Sergio and Roda on KZbin. They're still finding Biblical evidence. Great site.

Now is the time for the loud cry, the message of hope and life eternal to go forth into the world! Too many people are languishing for lack of that hope, that Jesus died for our sins, was raised, and now is in heaven waiting for us to turn away from evil and focus on Him. We were members of a church for 20+ years. Then after a change of pastors, a small segment in the church decided to get rid of the pastor. My wife and I among others stood up in defense of the pastor. One of the members that was pushing for getting rid of the pastor stood up and ordered us to leave the church and that was her church.

To begin to fulfill the teaching of the Christ we must come to the realization that there has never been a Physical/Mortal Jesus, or a Physical/Mortal Anything.... What is Christ?? I think it isn't shocking that prophecy is being fulfilled, just how it happens. For instance, I always knew that one day people will not be allowed to buy or sell without the mark of the beast. That hasn't happened yet, but I believe we saw a forerunner during the covid lockdowns. I was surprised by just how easy it was. Here in Australia most people just went along with it and a surprising number actually endorsed it. Not just the faceless masses either, but people I knew. People I've known for decades thought it was appropriate that I not be allowed in public places or in a shop merely because of my vaccination status. I think it's the same with the other stuff too. You know your school/work friends aren't christian, but it's not until these issues start coming up politically that you find out just how comfortable they are with stopping your religious liberty.

Even if you homeschool, you have to be careful what friends the kid makes. My niece was homeschooled but she met a public school kid at a horse riding place who turned her heart to unbiblical things and friends. My niece was baptized and professed Christ as a teen but somehow got mixed up with pagans in 20s. 😢 Now she’s lesbian and extremely liberal. She said that me and her mom turned her off Christ. I doubt it’s bad as that but we did mock homosexuals in private, much to my present shame. She says pagans ‘accepted’ her and we don’t. Now her only interactions with her parents are when she needs something.

Just so you know, for a population of 350 million, a survey of 13000 people is about 3x as many as you need for 99% confidence that your result is within 2% of the actual percentage. I looked up to Heaven and asked God to show me what He wanted from me. 3 days later He answered. I got a job where my boss was like a preacher. He answered every question I had like no one else could. He inspired me to read bible for my self. When I did that, God made me believe and my life has never been the same. Now I am with purpose, and I have been blessed ever since. I have learned so much about why we’re here! Brother you would not have commented if you weren’t searching for an answer. Give Jesus a fair chance. Put the effort in and buy a King James Bible. It is the greatest piece of literature I have ever read. No human composed it. It is alive! It is Jesus. Jesus is God in the flesh. God is a spirit who stepped into a body we called Jesus. He paid the ransom for all who accept. Satan is using Gods law to steal us. Jesus fulfilled that law! Now He is like our lawyer and on judgment day He will intercede for us, if we obey Him. Love one another. Forgive those who hurt or steal from you. Pray for them. Seek God with all your heart and soul. If you do, I promise you will find Him. This world, this life did not come from nothing. It was designed. From the beginning, we are right. God Bless. The Big Bang Fantasy Even with a grade 12 in 1967 I can see the big bang is pure fantasy. The only explanation for our being here is an eternal being. Other than that no explanation of our existence can ever be, because at some point all other explanations have to have a beginning and there isn't one, yet we are here. I have a much easier time believing in an eternal God, than to believe the ridiculous explanation that we exploded into existence from either nothing, or a pinhead of matter. 1. I challenge all atheistic scientists to take any combination of any elements you want "the size of a pinhead or smaller" and create an explosion that will rock one city block, let alone create an ever-expanding universe. This is pure fantasy. If not, let me know when you have assembled the products for your demonstration. By the way, this will never happen because there is no such combination of products to assemble, just atheistic fantasies. 2. Next calculate the entire mass of the universes amounts of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and all other elements. Then mathematically remove the spaces between the protons, electrons, neutrons, and other particles, reducing the solid components to a single, space free, lump of matter. Now take the calculated solid materials of all the universe, and condense all of them into a pinhead size. Mathematicians will probably run out of space in the pinhead before condensing the volume of the earth, let alone the universe. 3. How would a pinhead of matter that would have infinity more gravity than a black hole, ever get a pimple on it, let alone explode. This will be impossible, as highly condensed black holes show us. Each individually are much larger than a pin head, while having a lot less matter, yet neither light nor explosions can escape from them. They observationally clearly show us that the explosion called the "Big Bang" is impossible. In short, it would appear that scientists are teaching deliberate lies to children. When they die and stand before God on the judgment day, having to account for all the souls they led to hell with deliberately false teachings, it will really suck to be them. Hell is a lake of fire, and the punishment for sin is life in prison. Just so you know, life on the other side is eternal for all of us, whether we were good or bad. Just the residence address is different.
