Thank you for sharing this because I live on a fixed income and I also receive a little small stipend from HUD that helps me but still the rent is really high even with the stipend maybe because I live in a college town I really don’t know I’m not poor poor, but I’m not rich eitherI earn my pennies when I went to school and I went to work

I love watching Incredible Tiny Homes and think they can build a quilt cheeper home and there’s definitely a need for them but they are not my favorite floor plan. So thanks for sharing these other homes.

I do love this one but i wish we had something like this in Canada for 4 seasons ?
@50pluslife36010 ай бұрын
We can do some looking. I did hear about a company called Dwell Tech in Canada that manufacturers tiny homes that are about equivalent in price, lay out and quality. Check them out!

TY Im just looking but i will check them out .Im not sure if Ontario would allow them on privite land .

I like this a lot and if I were actually in the market, I would drive out to Lake Wales and tour some of these homes. I would prefer a window to the sliding glass doors in the bedroom, though. Otherwise, perfect!

Need a bench in the shower, also need waterproofing all the way to the ceiling. I know you can add all this stuff, but it should be mandatory.

Yes it’s a back door required by HUD but I guess you can upgrade.

Dislike the oven has no counter space on the right side to a spoon or lid down. Plus the cabinet above the fridge to high to use for seniors.
@50pluslife36010 ай бұрын
You only use the fridge cabinet to hide stuff from burglars!

Adorable. But, I just saw a Better (COST) Deal, from Tyler TX of a Prefab or Modular home with a Hugh Living room, 2 baths, 3 bedrooms, 18 feet single wide at 18feet wide. For 136K. I would rather have a Modular home than a RV. AND, you can have someone build you this plan if you want that (for cheaper than these people.

Seniors aren't big fans of glass doors for showers-tubs, bumping into it, slip and fall, dangerous.
@50pluslife3604 ай бұрын
I’d rather not get twisted and tangled up in a vinyl shower curtain. Plus I’d like to be able to see if some crazed maniac was attacking me in the shower. Too many horror movies I guess.

Always needs a real fireplace, don't ever put a microwave over the stove, or any metal shelves.

Microwave over the stove in my house. My microwave has a power vent to the outside for the stove below. Looks like a nice house.
@kerryboothe481110 ай бұрын
@@Thomas63r2 it will cause the microwave to mess up faster. Heat rises from the stove, vent or no vent. It isn't a good idea
@kerryboothe481110 ай бұрын
I had a cleaning business for 33+ years. Everyone knows that Heat rises. Also, metal shelves, and lazy Susan's are cheaper, and also harder to clean
@Thomas63r210 ай бұрын
@@kerryboothe4811 Put a temperature gage at the bottom of your microwave and turn all the burners on - a lot of the heat dissipates before it reaches the underside of your microwave. If it messes up the microwave, then what about all the people using microwave ovens in unairconditioned kitchens in hot climates?

Bro the tape measure laser beam has got to go. After watching your videos I went out to my garage and throughout all my tape measures. We don’t need the measurements of every stinking wall, window, door so on and so on
@50pluslife36018 сағат бұрын
I understand, we’ll try to use it less next time. It was one of the first videos we had it for so I’m sure I overused it quite a bit. Several viewers were asking for measurements, especially for ADA needs. Glad you could find your tape measures to throw them out! Interesting that you used the plural. Always seem to get misplaced and you end up buying new ones.
