Never pay restaurant prices for steak, it’s never cooked right and always a small cut, much prefer buying a decent steak from a good butcher and spend a few minutes cooking it myself.. tastes better, much more steak for the money so why not.. I only use restaurants if it’s for a dish I can’t cook better myself..
