The Bubonic Plague is still active, although rare... it's curable if caught in time. It's been found in the fleas of squirrels and a few other wild rodents around, and not far from Lake Tahoe. So we take extra care when we go out hiking and mountain biking to prevent flea bites (there's bright yellow warning signs at most trailheads)!! Fortunately, The Pneumonic Plague; aka: "Black Death" doesn't exist here!!! It was spread like the common cold...

Love you guys! The gargoyles were actually gutters to help funnel rainwater off the roofs. They’re where the word “gargle” comes from. The myth was that they were named after a dragon that terrorized the region and were placed to ward that and other evils away. The frightening figures placed on churches and other buildings were also to scare away evil or to remind people about the dangers of the spirit realm and the demons therein. They are called “grotesques” as opposed to the gargoyle water drains.

The homage to British filmmaker Ridley Scott and Iconic Swiss artist H.R.Giger are unlike any Gargoyle I've ever seen!! And your "Alien" inspired shots of the Roof/Ceiling Vaults over the Nave and Transept are quite creative!! I love Gargoyles and have 100's of pics and hours of video from several cathedrals to see their bizarre features in detail. FYI: Paisley Abbey doesn't have Flying Buttresses like many larger Gothic Cathedrals around Britain and Europe, they just used the Cloisters to reinforce it's walls, which keeps the structure from collapsing due to weight and other forces. 🎃

Its amazing the spirit voices that can be picked up but you don't hear them at the time. That happened to me in Beaumaris Castle in the daytime in February My friend and I went to the chapel area where it is said you can hear monks chanting. Didn't hear them at the time but they were there upon playback in the car! In the passageway above the chapel are monks cells. Really spooky. I called out to see if any were still around 😂 upon playback later, just after I called out, a voice with an accent says "I can speak" and there was tapping on my phone as if he was trying to get my attention 😂. Heard absolutely nothing at the time of recording! Thank you so much for this upload, really enjoyed it....and the scream 😊🖤
