23:52 a boy was wearing Metallica t-shirt ..🤭 I used to walk everywhere when I lived in Bandung Indonesia, it was common for people to walk there, especially early morning after Subuh on Sunday, many people ( hundreds of ) will fill out the streets just to walk, with family or to enjoy early morning weekend, I feel like you were taking me to the memory lane of adventure by simply: walking & chatting with the local 👍👍 great videos and terima kasih sudah sharing ❤️

Hi Susan 🙂 Not sure if someone has explained it. So, rice in Indonesian has two meanings: nasi (coked, ready to eat) and beras (before cooked). Then gabah or padi (paddy) is grain 🙏

I really like the way you interact with the Iocals and always keep smiling along the way. I was fascinated on how you gave your body time to recover before going walking again in the next day. I even failed to think and made conclusion of how tired I am when I do that as well.😁 and for public toilet maybe it is good idea to take a portable toilet for the next long walking😄

So nice that you have literally traveled the whole Bali with your own feet, Susan.. A little remark about the electrical lines is that in most SEA countries, you would often see that, so it is a nice fact to remember to be cautious while walking around, hahaha. The snacks you saw is called rengginang, because most Indonesians eat not only kerupuk as snacks, but also rengginang and other types of it for a dining complimentary.... I cannot wait to see the another episode of this and lots of success, Susan. Many Indonesians miss you to be in Indonesia again😀

That is beras and it has to dry first they clean it with a machine to take the husk off.after cooking it becomes nasi.
