Nick (Jason Bateman), Dale (Charlie Day) and Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) are workers who would like nothing better than to grind their oppressive employers into the dirt. Quitting their jobs is not an option, so -- fueled by alcohol and dubious advice from a criminal (Jamie Foxx) -- the men devise a complex and seemingly foolproof plan to permanently rid themselves of their terrible bosses. The second one is a hot pile of garbage. I doubt that there was even a script. They just gathered the actors and they said "improvise". (Like they do in american comedies) One of the worst sequels ever IMO.

Jason sudeikis gets typecasted very often just as much as Charlie Day and Jason Bateman but despite the fact that all three of them were typecasted for this movie like all of their other roles, they all have the best comedic chemistry with each other in this and the 2nd one. Whch is almost 100% on par with the quality of comedy that this one has which is very rare for sequels.

I kid you not, I worked for a VERY large Bank and I received a poor performance review because I don't drink. The executives and managers would take the floor (brokers and assistant brokers) out for drinks on Friday and I would only drink Sprite or Cherry Coke. They claimed that I was difficult.
