If you guys haven't seen it, i highly recommend A Million Ways to Die in the West. Seth McFarlane also wrote, directed, and starred in that movie movie. It's very much like Ted with the humor and the feel of the movie, makes me cry from laughter every time I watch it

btw Mila Kunis did not come back to play Lori because she was pregnant. In an early draft of the script, someone mentioned that Lori died between the two movies. That idea was considered too depressing, so it was changed to John and Lori getting divorced.
