For example in the games war for cybertron and fall of cybertron they are forced to leave because megatron infects the planets core with dark energon. In Micheal bays timeline there was simply a war and sentinel prime in that canon is actually a real prime and a previous war hero. In transformers one sentinel prime is a fake prime and not anywhere close to a war hero. Megatronus prime is also shown a lot of times as the actual traitor to the other primes while in transformers one he is actually a respected and loyal member of the group. Optimus prime was originally and librarian and megatron was originally a gladiator, in transformers one they went with the narrative of them being mining bots instead. There are many different canons and versions of the transformers story, transformers one is 1 of thousands of stories that have already been told.

i gotta say all voice actor in this did a fantastic job at giving the characters emotion and make us feel them through their voice but props to Bryan tyree henry and Chris hemsworth, i'm still amaze at how their voice transform from young (no cog) to older (with cog) D-16 and orion pax and then at the end into the voice of megatron and optimus that we recognize. I also loved that their voice at the end still sound similiar and made the voices their own without having to 100% mimicking Peter cullen or Frank voices, i'm really hoping this got a continuation that it deserves and see how the story that they just start in this film continue

Brian Tyree Henry really out did himself with his incredible performance and his deep understanding of Megatron since always wanted to play the villains. Every villain is a hero of his and her own Story. D-16 is not only a product of Cybertron’s corrupted system and takes on Sentinel Prime’s oppression though violent means all the social injustices he had experiences forged his transcendence into Megatron and building up to a rivalry with Orion turned Optimus Prime (due to wanting the same goal of a unified Cybertron but have different viewpoints). But their friendship is doomed since they discovered that shocking realization their leader Sentinel Prime had sold out Cybertron to the Quintessons after betraying his fellow Prime brothers and sisters, and ruled his planet through oppression. D-16 has put too much faith in the system he has held on to until his worldview was shattered that boils up to anger and a personal vengeance after being suffered of the social injustices while Orion still kept his optimism by exposing the truth of Sentinel's corruption. This what makes D-16 a much more of a compelling hero-turned-villain and tragic character in Transformers history. And the rift between two brothers. Both D-16 and Orion really wanted a unified Cybertron but each have different ways to bringing it into fruition.

As a Transformers fan since G1 and the 90’s era, this movie makes me really happy to see Elita One get more focused and action. Scarlet Johansson fits perfectly for the character like she did with Black widow. I hope our favorite female Autobot lives longer in surviving the upcoming Autobot-Decepticon Civil War in future sequels. The only animated show where Elita one I know alive with Optimus Prime is in Earthspark. None of us want Orion/Optimus to suffered like he is in Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy Netflix series.

You can pinpoint the moment D-16's mind broke and he became Megatron at 54:28 when his breathing changes as does the music along with his expression. Also at 59:02 you can tear tracts under Megatron's optics that he was or had been crying so D-16 is still in there.

1:08:40 I think one of the reason's why Elita was so effective against Airachnid is that Airachnid excels with sneak-attacks and catching her opponent off guard then overwhelming them with non-stop attacks. This probably worked against cogless and unskilled or 'elderly' Transformers like Sentinel. But Optimus (a young bot with a Prime Cog) was beefy enough to tank her hits whilst Elita (who's better than Optimus in every way) was able to break away from the initial onslaught and then turn the tables on Airachnid with a flying leap.

There’s 3 Things I have to clarify, 1. I’m ok with the Quintessons not showing up, I’m aware how much of a Threat they are but the whole point of this Movie is how Optimus Prime and Megatron began the Formation of the Autobots and Decepticons, IF the Quintessons had appeared more often it would ruin the Film and we won’t get any Sentinel Screen Time, 2. Elita wasn’t the one that had the Idea of using Arachnid to Expose Sentinel, It was Orion who did a Quick Thinking when Arachnid said “I can see Everything” showing how Clever Pax is with his Sharp Edge and Mind, and 3. Bee was done good enough, I get that the Character didn’t evolve but Bee has done Well Enough, his presence is literally the Beginning to Pax and D16’s Journey to who they are destined to become as it was a Red Flag when they found out that there’s 50 Sub Levels instead of 40, his Creation Steve has the Map, and while I thought he was going to ruin the Movie with the Comic Relief I’m surprised there’s Layers of Humanity especially when Sentinel captures him and Dee and Dee stood up when Bee didn’t want him to stand up because he doesn’t want to see his Friends Hurt, like the Quintessons I’m pretty sure Bee will Develop especially when he losses his Voice in the War, anyway this Movie was amazing, not only is it one of the Best Movies of 2024, but it’s clearly the Best Transformers Movie of all Time, the Voice Casting was Great, the Story with the Evolution of Optimus Prime and Megatron is Interesting and Heartbreaking, Sentinel Prime is one of the Best Modern Villains in a Long Time that he’s definitely giving Homelander Vibes, and the Animation and Setup are Flawless, 10 out of 10, I’m hoping this gets a Trilogy because it deserves it and I would love to see more content from this and the Franchise.

When I was eleven, I watched the wholesale slaughter of some of the characters I was familiar with, in a time before Optimus dying became A Thing that Happens, in the first act of Transformers: The Movie, in '86, in theatres. Granted, I wasn't quite savvy enough at the time to realise the driving merchandising decision behind it, but it was so different from the G1 series at the time. This movie was the first I'd really enjoyed- almost captured the same spirit- since the '86 movie, as the Bayformers series never really caught me the same way (Bumblebee came closest for me). There are a few differences here compared to previous Transformers origin stories: 1. Megatron usually starts out as a gladiator in the Cybertronian arena whilst Optimus indeed started out as a cogless mining bot called Orion Pax and they did indeed start out as best friends who called each other "Brother" due to their shared ideals, however over time Megatron became more militant and power hungry whilst Orion/Optimus held true to the diplomatic and democratic ideals they started out with and was rewarded with the Matrix of Leadership for his integrity which of course intensified Megatron`s hatred of his former brother in arms . 2. The Quintessons are sometimes regarded as the creators or at least conquerors of the Transformers, here they are definitely in the latter category, whilst in the Bay Films they were in the former. 3. In many past continuities, the cogs were actually used by the Cybertronians` enemies to suppress transformations as opposed to being the medium through which they occurred as shown here.

This story is close to the IDW comics. There are some differences but this movie should've been marketed better. It was so good. It didn't do great in theaters and I think it's because they made it seem super kiddie in the trailer but was really deep and more mature than I thought it would be.

As much as I hate some reaction channel that do previews of their reaction because most often they preview the one thing that we wanted to see how they react to that one specific scene and it kinda defeats the point of watching the whole vid, I know you can skip it to see there reaction on that specific scene by finding it and click it, at least it often deswayed most so instead they watch the whole vid, anyway I'm just rumbling at these point thnx for blurring it.
