Ryan, I worked as a heavy diesel mechanic for 20 years until I messed up my back bad enough to where I can no longer work anymore and was devastated by it. because of your joints and our age, I highly recommend you warm up before you work out by walking on the treadmill and by stretching every single day that has helped me more than any pain medication ever has.. then you’ll be able to hit those awkward angles on your machines you’re buying. I ended up being able to push myself to be able to complete the entire Appalachian Trail in one go within five months and got my pride back that I had lost long ago. Stay safe lifting heavy weight and I love your videos.!
