No other governor has invested in Education like Peter Obi. The is why Anambra state went from no 26 to no1 in WAEC. Students who graduated with first class honors were given 1 million Naira each. Peter Obi put a stop to money wastage by fighting corruption and by cutting the cost of governance. Alot of this money was invested in Education. The student prefects of all schools could reach Obi directly by phone in order to inform him of what they were lacking so that equiptments and other support could be provided more quickly and efficiently.
