I have chronic muscle contraction due to severe Si disfuntion... Had 2 back surgeries and 11 years of suffering.. it wasn't my back at all... Drs don't have a clue 😔

Could be a silly request, but is there anything you can suggest for cough? No antibiotic or medicine really helps. My husband has this cough that lasts for months after every viral cold or flu

Real honey, garlic and lemon, boil the garlic and lemon and add honey if you want later, drink shots of it. Also drinking Watermelon juice.

If I have injury. Disc bulge L4 and L5 do I need to avoid this exercise? I have weak hips so want to strengthen them
