Against my better judgement I’ve started stretching again because I was told I had to for my Piriformis and oh my!! The pain is now all the way down the outside of my left leg to my ankle. So basically sciatica caused by the Piriformis and I’ve had to take an anti inflammatory. It’s MUCH worse when I stretch. I used to teach keep fit and these were amongst the exercises I taught, so I’m going to do these . Thank you.

Thank you so much! I feel better already, I have been going to my therapist for 7 weeks now every time I go I am given different stretching exercises to perform, all stretching exercises! No wonder I wasn't getting better. Thanks again for a very informative video 🙏

On the second exercise, since you are in a hip flexion, shouldn't you be doing an internal rotation of the hip to work the piriformis muslce?
