Ok so I have 2500 hours in smite 1 and i like smite 1 way more here is why. This is a money grab by hi rez. The graphics are not much better and teamfights are just a color explosion. Why are there so few of the gods? No skins from smite 1 that you already paid for transfer over. Hi rez wants everyone to pay 30 for every god again and wait for the drip feed of them. and oh you get a battle pass on each god for 900 gems for shadow and white and gold. Also why only one relic? And 2 teleports on both sides of the map Loki,Awilix,Lancelot, Poseidon, and Thanatos field day. Teammates can have/steal every buff so anyone can just take red, blue, yellow, and purple all at once (not kidding) to troll or have a dumb power spike 😂. AND why are jungle paths HUGE. Would have been way better off balancing OP gods in smite 1 and making graphics a bit better if they could. Honestly smite 1 graphics are fine. Only things smite 2 has over smite 1 is everyone has the gods voice pack and framerate is better. Definitely not playing smite 2 considering the time, money and kit knowledge invested in smite 1.

Imagine enjoying a video game made on a new engine. It’s a Beta first of all. Legacy Gems are a thing. Gameplay is soooo much smoother and teamfights feel crazy good. Yes, some lanes still feel a bit awkward but again it’s a Beta and to just say this game is a money grab when you’ve clearly not given this game the chance it deserves is just lazy and imo a coping strategy to deal with having to switch to a new game and adapt. It’s literally smite 2 dude, its the same shit but better

Bro you have to take into note you aren’t gonna have all your gods as it took 10 yrs of smite 1 to have the gods it has, it is not a money grab you literally get a free god token every time you lvl took me two days to get all the gods and have tokens saved for new gods $0 spent free to play you have very little good arguments the only thing I hear is it’s a remake of a game you put your life into nothing they could have don’t could have made you happy or lived up to your expectations
