@@raven8088 To explain better what the dude above me is trying to say, basically pokemon that don't exist in SV don't have access to gen 9 moves, they only learn whatever the latest generation of pokemon allowed them to. However even if it had tera blast you'd probably still go for heat wave since it's stronger.
