The 12 was my first Jordan ever. However, I don't think they've ever gotten it "right" since the 1996 release. The newer pairs feel larger, the stitching doesn't run as deep, and the ankle feels more loose than the slimmer OG. Only thing I don't miss from the OG is where the lizard print didn't run flush with the midsole, which they've corrected ever since. I wonder if we'll ever get a remaster of the OG. Regards, your videos are so cool. Your knowledge is encyclopedic.

These are an easy cop. So glad the lightbulb went off at JB and they realized they could do classic color blocking in the 1s or 12s and swap colors. They maintain the heritage with the blocking but create new legacies with the color swaps like the shattered backboards or extending the royal color way across silhouettes. So many possibilities opened up when they did that

12s are my favourites. I doubled up on the Taxis and also own the Playoffs. The medial and lateral plastic tabs crumble with time but they are hella comfortable once broken in. Give us the Chicago/Cherry retros already 😭

12s are my favorite Jordan's of all time. They were easy to get via the 11s back then. I also thought about if they was on Nike ID. I'd like to see a green version, just cause green is my color. Like the Jabari PE or ray ray PE. And also, Jordan brand should come out with PE 12s or just PE shoes in the future.

I've worn my cyber monday 3s to a couple weddings now, they for sure pair nicely with a suit, but imo nothing beats the O.G. tuxedo J's... the forever classy concord 11s they are potentially the greatest formal wear sneakers ever. though the white upper can be a little off putting paired with a suit to some people considering dress shoes are traditionally all brown or black shoes (unless your wearing an all white suit) but imo even with the white uppers on the concords there hard to beat as a formal sneaker. If I owned a pair of concords they'd 100% be my formal wear sneakers but since I ain't never had a pair of concord 11s, I just settle for my good old cyber 3s.

Umm theres just one problem your totally forgetting the best formal wear Jordans ever made, yeah know the original tuxedo J's... the concord 11's sporting a clean white upper + the patent leather has always made them a great match to paired together with formal wear... hence JB trying to capitalize on retro 11s being wore with suits by releasing the cap and gowns 11s last year. I've worn my cyber 3s to a couple weddings now but if I had a pair of concords I'd 100% wear them with a suit over any retro 1's or 3's.

Also the Vindicate (Vin Baker's shoe) were great to play in and I thought they were the best out of those new styles that were introduced back then. The Trunner was the best to me back then.. The Baker's were more closely related to the 13 but they were dope!

I'm definitely buying these...I'm actually a sneaker designer...I almost worked for Nike an have actually had a conference call with Gentry Humphrey this was years ago long story about how that almost happened an how it fell through, but I would love to tell you someday and I still own the original playoff 12's an I could tell ALOT behind the details of brand Jordan...(jumpman pro quick Eddie Jones,) (jumpman pro strong Vin Baker), and the (jumpman pro Kevin Garnett) they're was other player's an shoes but those are the one you showed in the video. I Have designed sneakers an I have also played with the idea of having them in a different colorway so especially since I'm a Knicks fan. Lol. I'd love to send you some of the original artwork. Anyways this shoe is fantastic comfort and aesthetically my opinion one of the best overall Jordan's they made. This is an easy purchase for me
